Step C1, the thrust and female outdrive assembly.

Step C2, the male outdrive assembly.

Step C3, installed the diff gear, diff grease, and 14 tungsten carbide diff balls.

Step C3, finished the assembly by mating the male and female halves together.

Bag C2 contents.

Step C4, assembling the passenger's side of the tranny case.

Step C5, installing the idler, diff and bearings for the driver's side of the tranny case.

Step C6, completed the transmission assembly by installing the tranny screws.

** Build Tip - Be sure not to over tighten the tranny screws. Since all of the screws have TLR-Lok, they only need to be snug.

Bag C3 contents all laid out.

Step C7, installing the slipper with the all new HDS slipper pads and spur gear. Frank chose to use the 78T HDS spur with HDS slipper pads since he will be running a modified class. The kit also includes a 70T spur gear and standard 22 slipper pads for spec class racing.

Step C7, slipper assembly complete.

Step C8, Frank installed an Orion VST2 7.5T motor for his 22 2.0 buggy with a 21T pinion.

Step C8, the motor and gear cover are both installed.

Step C9, installed the tranny assembling into the chassis. Be sure you get the driveshafts into the outdrives before bolting everything in. Like that TLR bubble stick?

Step C10, the complete chassis suspension with transmission. Now onto Bag D and the shocks!! — at Step C10, the complete chassis.
