Step D1, the machined 2 hole 1.6mm pistons are installed onto the TiCn shock shafts.
![](61.jpg)
Step D2, the lower shock cartridge is assembled with the all new X-Ring and machined bushings. The 22 2.0 shocks are super smooth and don't leak.

Step D2, the shock shafts and shock ends are installed onto the shock bodies, as well as the spring adjuster nuts.
![](63.jpg)
Step D3, the shocks are built and bled using the new aluminum bleeder caps.
** Build Tip - After installing the bleeder screw, Frank will pump the shock a few times and often re-bleed the shock by loosening, then re-tightening the screw once more.

Step D4, installed the Low Frequency Springs, Red front and Yellow Rears, with the updated spring cups which have a 2mm higher lip.

Bag D2 contents, the hardware to mount the shocks.
![](66.jpg)
Step D5, D6 & D7, mounted the front and rear shocks, this is the complete chassis, suspension, transmission and shocks. Only a few easy steps to go!
