Here are the contents of Bag B, bags B1 and B2
Bag B1, here are the contents of B1 laid out and ready for step B1.
Step B1, assembling the CVA with the revised rear axle. It allows for a 1mm offset adjustment. No shim (axle further into the hub) creates less bone lock up, and more weight on the rear. With shim, there is more bone lock up.
Step B1, the revised 22 2.0 rear hubs that no longer include the "A" camber link hole location are assembled with the CVA's, solid wheel pins, and standard off-set aluminum rear hexes.
Step B2, assembled the new 22 2.0 rear arms to the rear hub assembly and the inner hinge pins.
** Build Tip - Be sure not to over-tighten the threaded outer rear hinge pins, be sure the hinge pin can move fore-aft in the arm at least a little.
Bag B2, contents all laid out and ready for step B3
Step B4, Frank prefers to cut off the "wire guides". They work well to route wires, but Frank has a little different method.
Step B4, assembled the rear camber block to the rear battery tray and mounted it to the chassis.
Step B5, installed the rear shock tower.
Step B6, assembled the rear camber links. These are 50mm links.
Step B7 & B8, installed the rear camber links and this is the complete chassis suspension.
