When you think of 1:10 scale 4WD buggies, your mind probably heads right for big dogs like Team Associated, TLR, Kyosho and maybe even XRay. Team C may not be a household name, but their 4WD buggy, the TM4, is putting down some hot laps and having those other guys take notice.

We’ve got our hands on the TM4 for a build and I have to say I’m really liking this car! Parts quality is excellent and aside from a few minor build issues, this buggy went together well.

Following is our step-by-step build, explaining the standard steps as well as keying in on some of the areas to pay a little more attention too. We’ll be using the following support parts in the TM4:
