Steering assembly parts. Arms are plastic - it increases life of bearings a lot. Green grease is used to make installing ball joints easier.

TIP: For better fitment and keeping free movement with good tighten screws I use 0,2mm shims under the steering plate.

Now time to assemble suspension. All axles are machined and hardened. 5mm steel balls used as an interface between axle and pivot block. To adjust wheel base it is suggested to use plastic shims. They need little sanding to make arms move free. I use optional aluminum shims for precise fit.

TIP: For mounting 5mm balls on axles and then in pivot blocks I use Tamiya AW Grease. It's the stickest grease, that I have ever seen. It saves details from wear, make movement smoother and hold balls and shims on axles (very useful, when you need make fast change of pivot block without falling any falling details :)

All arms installed. Free movement and absolutely "zero" longitudinal play. Perfect.
