Your Beachline Dinner Club president is officially back after a three-year break from off-road racing. Chad recently made his return felt with a podium finish, taking 3rd place in 21.5 at the Florida Carpet Championships before stepping back up into the 17.5 class. His Schumacher LD3M is built with the aluminum chassis and slipper setup, which he says gives the car a more forgiving feel compared to the stock-spec version. Another key decision in the build is the XR10 G3 ESC — not because it’s faster, but simply because Chad prefers it in black. Sometimes performance gains come from setup… and sometimes they come from matching the color scheme.
