Here’s a rough guide on what to start with.

LD3 shocks are a good start:
U8653 rear bb shock
U8652 front bb shock

To fit them you will need:
U4700 ultra long ball studs
U7649 standoffs, nice coned shape. (or approx 4.5mm of spacers)
4x flat nuts (with blue threadlock)
U4254 long ball cups (the shocks come with short)

Pistons and oils:
As a base setup start with 2x1.6F and 2x1.7R pistons with 500cst F and 450cst R.
Middle hole on the wishbones, front and rear.
Ball cups up to the 2 flats on the shock shaft above the threaded section.

When fitted make sure the shocks are able to rotate a little and don’t rub on the shock towers.

This can make or break handling on a car, even with the kit shocks and mounts, don’t over tighten that lock nut!

Big bore options are the alloy upper caps U8806 with longer screws and 4mm of spacers behind the shock mounting
U7435 and U7534 for the ultimate K coated shock bodies.

I’d recommend the holes shown in the pics for upper mounting positions, if you move the shocks around, try to obtain the same droop by screwing on or a few mm off the shock ball cups.
Uptravel should, be with the chassis flat on the floor, the wheel/tyre should come up 2-3mm higher than the chassis.
