Swap out the kit steering link ball ends with MTC part # T2804S for improved durability and reduced steering play. Use a 1mm spacer instead of the 1.5mm kit setting.
CARPET: When running the rear hubs in the “Back” position, flip the outer rear hinge pin so the captured nut faces rearward. This helps prevent the nut from contacting the wheel barrel as the wheel flexes under load.
DIRT: If you’re using the “Mid” or “Forward” rear hub positions, install the outer hinge pin with the captured nut facing forward, just as shown in the manual.
