This is a setting sheet for the GFCC 2WD Sport Class (G-Force tires).
- This setup is a modified version of my All Japan setup, adapted for G-Force tires and races on familiar layouts.
- I significantly improved my 5-minute lap time with G-Force tires (under 100 laps) compared to used JC and Schumacher tires.
- The front tires are rim-cut and fully mounted. I haven't tested the normal mounting because I have no problems with this setup and it runs stably even on the first pack of new tires. Sorry...
- Full mounting has the advantage of not requiring significant changes to the ride height compared to Sprinter or Pin Swag setups.
- The rear inner tubes are too soft with Classic BB, resulting in low lateral grip near the limit. Personally, I preferred the U6733. I'll probably stick with this setup. Cutting the width of the G-FORCE gray inner tubes to match the wheel width might be a good idea.
* The front damper oil is a 1/2 mixture of Mugen 400 and 450 weight oils.
* The transmitter is an Exes Z3.
* The piston appears to be a 2.5mm thick blank piston with holes drilled in it.
* Uses AVID titanium turnbuckles and TWORKS titanium screws (partially).
* The slipper clutch is tightened with a gun.
* Two motor fans are used. The front one is a Torion 35mm.
* I significantly lowered the oil viscosity, but it wasn't too soft at night. I'd like to try an even softer oil (~350) when the time is right.
* I feel like I'm starting to get a vague understanding of the feeling and image of whether the rear end turns or not, so I'll continue practicing 5-minute laps to make it my own.
