How do you raise the caster block?
HH UK: In order to do the mod Karl is referring to you need to remove 2mm of material from the bottom of the steering knuckle (see diagram) with a dremel. At this point you will need to add a 2mm spacer on top of the caster block and use the king pin screws as normal. The bottom king pin screw will sit out proud on the bottom but it doesn't hit or foul on the wheel. Hope this all makes sense

Ok, so you basically raising the spindle and not the caster block. This makes more sense and I guess will calm down the steering. Thanks for explaining!
HH UK: Correct
