Tires
Modifying and/or grinding and/or cutting any control tire is not allowed. Only natural tire wear from the racing surface is allowed. An example of a naturally worn rear tire with over 200 minutes of use is shown below

Venting the tire is allowed with a maximum of two 3mm holes per tire.


Any racer attempting to compete with modified tires will be held in technical inspection pending disqualification from that round as determined by the event referee(s).

One complete set of marked tires and foam is included with each entry. Additional tires and foam may be purchased at the event.

Proline will produce uniquely colored closed cell foam just for this event. The closed cell foam will be of the same quality, dimensions and density of their current closed cell foam and will be required in all front and rear tires.

All tires used for any scored round must be marked by the organizer. All tires included with entry and purchased during the event will be marked

Any racer attempting to compete without marked tires will be disqualified from that round/main.

Tire additives (including, but not limited to motor spray, WD40, Buggy Grip, etc.) are not allowed. Cleaning the tire mounting bead is allowed and Windex is recommended. Only water with our without the solvent added by the organizer is allowed for cleaning.

A Note From The Organizer - The tires selected for this event were done so by multiple teams and drivers to ensure fair and consistent performance throughout the event on many different vehicles. The control tires work well right out of the package and modifying the tires is not required to have a vehicle that performs well.
