After 2 months of testing with the mid-motor on a low to medium grip clay track I have finaly come up with a set-up that I can drive. I moved the esc to on top of the tranny. I made a mount out of carbon fiber that is bolted down using the bolts that secure the rear brass weight. I removed some material from the tranny brace to allow some flex, and made a custom lead weight

(35g) that mounts to the chassis in between the motor and a-arm mount/ tranny.
