Four
setups for various track conditions
We raced, thrashed and tested Team
Losi's new 8ight buggy in the new December 2006 R/C Car Magazine.
As promised in the review, we've now posted four different set-ups
that you can download for your 8ight buggy. These set-ups were
chosen because they're designed for four very different track
surfaces. No matter where you live in the US, chances are your
local track will be similar to one of the four track surfaces
we've listed--just check the top of each sheet to find the surface
description that's most similar to your track!
These four set-ups come directly
from Losi's factory pilots Adam Drake and Travis Amezcua. If you
notice that the four set-ups aren't hugely different, you're
right! Drake and Amazcua change their cars only slightly from
track to track, with shock length, shock oil and ride height being
their primary adjustments.
