Here is my standard flat arm laydown setup from Surf City at OCRC. I generally change the front axle height for different layouts and sometimes the rear link and shock tower position. Generally the flat arm setup gets into and through the corner faster as the front end just carves the turns more. It is my preference for when I race 17.5 class.
The gullwing setup I posted yesterday is also a balanced feel, and I would say that it is less aggressive getting into the turns. Usually the gullwing is more competitive on larger more flowing tracks and really high grip (slicks). |
