We would like to inform you of assembly advice from Naoya Kitagawa, who was in charge of design, regarding the assembly of the newly designed BD12 shock.

After assembling the cylinder and filling it with oil, first attach the shock cap (made of resin) to the upper cap (made of aluminum).
Make sure that the shock cap is firmly attached to the upper cap at this time.

The diaphragm is in the shock cylinder.
After confirming that the shock cap is stuck to the upper cap, tighten the upper cap to finish.

Install the bearing on the shock end.
At this time, if it is difficult to insert the bearing, pull the spring cup downward and press the shock end from above as shown in the photo to insert the bearing.
