The car was not bad from the first run on the track, but a lot of the racers and the team, had issues with the cars feeling very “on the nose”. I had already started with the fiberglass top decks both front and rear initially with a 2.9 rear spring , but felt the car just had a little too much rotation and was a little numb feeling. So I replaced the rear top deck with a 1.6 graphite one and moved the grub screw back to the rear most hole to stiffen it up some more and this gave me the stability I was looking for that did not scrub the corner speed. Especially if I over drove the car.
In an effort to add a little more rotation and stability to the rear end , I went to an even stiffer 3.0 rear spring which mostly helped in the higher speed sections control the large heavy body , and help the car rotate some as well.
Finally, leaning the shocks in 1mm was the cherry on top that helped the car rotate without making the rear end sketchy. Especially when paired with the stiffer grub screw position in the rear top deck
