Alexander is using the 1.5mm Aluminum chassis version of the kit.
He fitted optional -1mm upper clamps, to free up the car for these high grip conditions, as well as lightweight aluminum hubs, to stiffen up the suspension assembly. He is using the link upper arms, which has become a standard choice with D compound tires on asphalt.
Furthermore, optional H lower arms are mounted, for a more direct and consistent handling.
Last but not least, a thinner 1.1mm front anti-roll bar is used to increase mid-corner steering.
The rear spring has been swapped out for a much stiffer option (C=3.0) to increase rear stability on corner entry.

What's the peak rpm your motor reaches?
If I recall correctly it something like 63K max rpm on a track of this size

What setup changes, if any did you make for going to the avalon from the lens body?
It locked in the car more, and we were able to "add steering" to our setup, such as, a more aggressive roll center and shock setting.

May I ask you what’s the reason you chose Alu chassis instead of Steel? Also, the body mounting distance is 6mm or 60mm?
Alu 1.5mm chassis is stiffer than Steel 1.2mm and thus lifted the front inner wheel less on-power.
Body mounting distance is 61mm, sorry for the typo.
