The car ran good from the start but rear stability was also an issue in this class and I only had to do very small tweak to get it closer.

  • Raising the rear of the body helped with rear traction and I could drive the car with more confidence.
  • Reducing caster by .75 also helped with balance of the car and it would also help with rear tire wear. Having too much steering would wear the outside rear tires too quick, making the car harder to drive over the small bumps at the end of the run.
