The rear gear unit is equipped with a 38T spider gear differential and a 20T wheel belt (internal gear reduction of 1.9) for optimal power transfer. In order to drive the motor of the TC10 is equipped with a main gear made ??of polyamide with 114T. In order to provide more stability, a 1.2 (medium) rear stabilizer is attached. At the rear, a 7075 T6 aluminum CNC-machined suspension arm holder is installed with 3°. By additionally available suspension arm holder Toe in/out can be adjusted. The rear differential outdrives are made from 7075 T6 aluminum.
A 38T solid axle is installed to drive the front wheels. C-hubs with 4° caster angles. The front of the TC10 is fitted with an aluminum suspension arm holder with 0°. By additionally available suspension arm holder Toe in/out can be adjusted. All bulkheads have been installed in the TC10, are CNC machined from 7075 T6 aluminum. Built-in bearing cups in the bulkheads allows to change with 7 different setpoints the tension of the drive belt.
The servo mounts from 7075 T6 aluminum was placed as centrally as possible on the chassis to achieve a perfect balance. The servo is not on the chassis therefore undesirable tenseness are avoided. To gain more steering and to improve the direction changes of the car, the steering plate was redesigned to move the connection of the servo linkage into the absolute center of the dual arm steering system and is CNC-machined from 7075 T6 aluminum. At the front, a hard sway bar (1.4) is installed. The thickness of the sway bars can be recognize through the engraved lines on the sway bars. Due to the short 45mm 12mm Big Bore threaded aluminum shocksthe TC10 is very flat, making it easier to drive through chicanes. The rollover tendency is reduced and allows a higher speed with the TC10 to drive easily through fast corners.
The 2.25mm thick chassis plate is CNC machined from high quality carbonfiber and provides maximum traction in low grip and at the same time the necessary stability and good nature with very good grip conditions. By just 82 mm wide, the chassis plate is extremely narrow, thus the weight of the built-in electronics shifted to the middle of the chassis. The upper deck of the TC10 is CNC machined from high quality carbon fiber and offers maximum traction and control in the curves. On the upper deck is a belt tensioner installed. The extremely flat and thin 3mm shock towers CNC-machined carbon fiber allow it to place the center of gravity as low as possible. So that the batteries remain perfectly in place the carbon fiber battery holder was equipped with a Velcro strap.
