Verdict from the last Iconic race in West London.
Planned to use the EVO III for the day but the LRP Speedo I put in was not working properly with the motor I choose.
Back to the back up car. The trusty TRF415MS. After using it in Broxtowe I decided to get a centre solid pulley.
Car was fine in the practice run and no setup changes were needed. So the first qualifier. 415 on the car blip on the throttle and a sound I didn’t like. The diff was screaming for a rebuild. Finished the run and straight back to the table after marshalling.

After the diff rebuild (thanks to the guys from the Broxtowe club for giving me some grease) the car worked flawless for the rest of the day.
From qualifying run 2 to 4 slight improvements in time and I managed to get two ones which got me on pole.
Relatively unspectacular race and a start to finish lead got me the win at the end of a really hot day.

Thanks to John Weston and Mike Haswell for organising and running the meeting.

Thanks to all the people in the class for some good and clean racing.
