What is the hole size of serpent pistons?
Piston holes seem to be either 0.9 or 1mm.

The lower block spacing on the front, is it 0.5mm FF and 3.0mm RF block?
Yes that is FF 0.5 and RF 3mm.

You also have a very large split in springs, 13lb to 19.5lb seems huge, have you tried closer spring rates?
Springs i tried kit, i changed the setup quite a bit, and a couple of weekends ago i put the kit springs back on the rear. just made it too twitchy for me.
