had my stock car out last night and quite surprised how it handled the 12th scale track.
put a pack and a bit worth of practice on the car between 12th scale heats and the car was quite easy to drive considering the confines of the track. i expected it to slide around more than it did. actually was very direct and responsive which definitely turned a few heads walking by the track.
average amain 12th scale laptimes were 9.5-9.7 in 17.5 boost and i was able to pull 10.6-11.1 with old OLD rubber tires. quite happy so far. able to keep up to the mid heat 12th scale drivers which is kinda cool.
i tried the stock rotor with a typcial 3.8-4.0 fdr but i think there was too much slowing down on this track and it came off north of 160 that way.
swapped to the 12.3x24.5 rotor and a 4.2 ratio and it seemed to go a lot better. smoother power and better speed overall. probably leave that rotor in there depending on the layout at the winspear.
