1. Plastic outdrives - If plastic spool/gear diff cups push the oring out. Take an exacto knife and very lightly take a little material from the inside edge (inner spool cup). Very light amount....while pushing in cup over oring take a small flathead and push oring back in (before cups snaps in).
2. Camber plates - (4 dot) file a little on the inner part...will slide in smooth.
3. Arms - do not over torque the screw into the pivot ball..it will create a friction point....tighten screw then finish with wrench (on pivot ball) this will keep it all straight.
4 bearing caps - may fit too tight, slide the cap in with all the notches facing down. place a drop of oil prior to installing to make movement smooth.
5. Steering Rack
a. front most bearings - apply a very small amount of Locktite on holding screws (less than a drop, with a exacto knife. this will keep the bearing in fixed position for break-in of rack.
b. inner bearing - tighten and place a drop of oil on rack, if you overtighten front bearings will feel gritty.
Not too loose not to tight...once the Rack gets grooves then re-adjust to ensure...check after the first few batt packs.
