This is the setup sheet for the "KAZUKI CUP" held recently at RC Stadium Sodegaura. The chassis used is the RC MAKER SP-1, handled by ZERO TRIBE. The setup was almost unchanged from the recent test at TM Circuit, and it had a very good feeling from the start. My SP-1 uses very few optional parts.

The only change made this time was:

  • Main chassis: Changed to RC MAKER Hard Carbon Chassis
  • Upper bulk: Changed to 1-Piece type

  • In this competition, I used RUSH silver tires, which have very strong grip. By using the hard carbon chassis, the chassis flex due to grip was reduced, improving maneuverability.

There are two types of upper bulk: 2-Piece and 1-Piece. Using the 1-Piece type resulted in a moderate flex of the bulk, improving cornering speed and steering response.

I also tried using the bulkhead damper on the front side of the bulkhead. While it provided good front-end feel and steering information, it tended to understeer in the latter half of corners. So, I removed the bulkhead damper and used the 1-Piece upper bulkhead to achieve a good balance of feel and cornering performance.
