German Nationals Warm Up

This weekend was probably one of the best race weekends I have ever had. My SP1 was on point after I tested a variety of things on Saturday and found a really well working setup. Everyone was struggling with the performance of the tires we used at this event as they were like nothing we had experienced before, but with the massive help of Timo I was able to find a setup that worked extremely well. Qualifyings were pretty good although I made a few errors on the curbs. Starting 5th on the grid for the A Finals, I had the tire advantage over a few people in front of me which is really a big difference with the tires at the event. In A1, I had a great start, passing P4 in the opening lap and almost gaining another spot. Unfortunately I got taken out by 2 other cars which collided next to me which left me in last place. I was thinking of stopping to save the tires, but the car was working great and I just wanted to have fun for the rest of the final so I kept going. A lot of people in front of me made mistakes, some of them even retiring the race. I still managed to pull off a P3 finish in A1, a really suprising result considering I was in 10th after lap 1. Also in the second to last lap of A1 I drove the fastest lap of the event which really suprised me. A2 was the most fun race I have ever had. I has insanely close battles with Minas Michailidis and Alexander Stocker, fighting over 3 minutes really cleanely, just giving enough room to everyone. Unfortunately In the last minute I tapped the rear end of one of the guys going out of a corner. Nonetheless a really amazing race. A3 I had a phenomenal start pnce again, going up to P3 quite quickly, I held the position for about 3 minutes and then I tapped a curb, flipping my car and only able to recover to P5. This resultet in me being P6 overall. Not the result I hoped for seeing the pace was incredible this weekend, but its alright as the result will count in one months time at the nationals race.
