Small assembly/maintenance point for Mugen front driveshafts - for proper operation and to avoid any problems 😉

1. Clean each part of the gimbal (not useful if new)
2. Lubricate the joints for optimal operation and prolong the life of the driveshaft. For my part, I use MR33 lithium grease.
3. Small tip to avoid any malfunction, before putting on the clips, do not hesitate to tighten them. To do this, simply pinch the clips between your thumb and index finger, nothing more.
4. Put the clips in respecting the correct direction indicated in the instructions.
5. Grease the pin before putting the blade.

You now have a driveshaft ready to use and in perfect condition 👍

Petit point montage/entretien des cardans AV Mugen - pour un bon fonctionnement et éviter tout problème 😉

1. Bien nettoyer chaque partie du cardan (pas utile si nouveau)
2. Graisser les articulations pour un fonctionnement optimal et prolonger la durée de vie du cardan. De mon côté j’utilise la graisse lithium MR33.
3. Petite astuce pour éviter tout dysfonctionnement, avant de mettre les clips, ne pas hésiter à les resserrer. Pour cela il suffit de pincer le clips entre le pouce et l’index, rien de plus.
4. Mettre les clips en respectant le bon sens indiqué dans la notice.
5. Graisser le pin avant de mettre la blade.

Vous avez maintenant un cardan prêt à l’emploi et en parfait état 👍
