When assembling your Mugen MTC2R suspension pivot balls, I recommend using a small amount of blue thread lock on the silver nut and applying a drop of 1up Red assuring a smooth suspension travel. Careful not to over tighten! When assembling the sway bar links, I use 19.5mm as the length.
