Here's my setup from Mendip. It's a safe setup from which you can dial in whatever you want - less rear toe, less rear camber change, more chassis flex, etc. It worked well for me. I've used progressive springs on the rear a lot at bumpy tracks and it does keep the car settled.
I took out front bumper weight on Saturday, but put it back on Sunday to calm the car down. Main changes Saturday were springs, going harder all round, raised ride height and raised bodyshell. Tyres were new for Sunday.
