At 360 RC Speedway's "The
Gaunlet" race yesterday I ran 1/12th Stock and 19T. I really
feel that tires are the key to getting this car set-up. I was a
Purple Front/Grey Rear guy but I think the car responds better to
equal front/rear tire hardness combos or softer front than rear. I
tried two different set-up directions yesterday (I ran the same
Parma Speed 8 body on both cars):
#1 - Had tons of steering that I
needed to put a 50% delay into my radio. Ran this setup in Stock
but proved it works well in 13.5T during practice.
Front:
Jaco Magenta
Paragon on inner 1/2
.018 springs
4deg caster
-1deg camber
10K silicone in lower pivot ball
Angled servo
Rear:
Jaco Magenta
Paragon full
Thin hockey sticks w/ tweak screws touching
40WT
Wind Tunnel 15# "V" Hive VCS Spring
Long ball stud
Wind Tunnel #3 Green Shur Lube
#2 - Had a power-on push, and was
carying less corner speed than #1. Ran this setup in 19T - and
performed my fastest lap/run of the weekend w/o my damper tubes
connected (forgot to reattach after checking tweak).
Front:
Jaco Lilac
Paragon on inner 1/2
.018 springs
6deg caster
-1deg camber
10K silicone in lower pivot ball

Rear:
