I start with dampers first and spread everything out on a blue towel so it doesnt roll away! Always keep the caps with the shock body as these are matched at the factory! |

All spread out and ready to work! |

I push the adjustment valve out of the case using a 2mm and I simply oil it slightly and put the Oring in the case on the opposite side. |

I use a 1.5mm wrench in the adjustment valve screw head and twist it in while holding my finger firmly on the other side holding the oring in. This allows the adjustment valve to set inside the oring without damage. |

Finished product and oring is in perfect shape and will not leak. |

Keeping all the dampers in order I fill them up with 1up premium silicon oil and place them in the MXLR Shock pump base, not shown, and bleed all the air out. |

Once they are bled I put a screw in the extra hole of the shock cap to hold it by. I also put the small ST122 shock cap screw in the wrench so it can be installed while the other hand is holding the cap in place. |

All 4 dampers have the cap installed with one screw and now ready for the piston tool and install the last screw. After complete wipe excess oil off the damper. |

I put a dab of loctite on the paper towel to dip screws in. |

Always loctite this screw! It has a tendency to back out if not! |

Oil damper sticker so you dont forget what they are built with!!! The L and P are not applicable with the new external adjustable valves now! |

Next is the diff all laid out and ready to build with 1up premium diff oil! |

One thing I have found is sometimes when building a diff it takes a while to be buttery smooth. I have always sanded the backside of all the internal gears on 220grit sandpaper. |

Just slowly sand it on a flat surface until the back is uniform and flat. |

Almost there!! |

Here you can see that the back side of all the gears are flat, smooth and ready to install after cleaning. This step will ensure the diff is perfect right out of the box!! |

Just a small dab will do! |

Loctite on these screws is important to not tighten them down super tight and distort or warp the pulley!! |

Painted dots to make it easier to see for eccentric adjustments. |

Painted dot on the diff eccentric make adjustments to tension easier. |
