The event was held on Black CRC Carpet - keep in mind this stuff is special and different to carpets used in most other areas. So the setups differ for these conditions compared to ETS carpet setups!

Most important is the tire preparation - in detail the FRONT SIDEWALL GLUEING!

No matter how small you are going to run your tires (in my case 39,80mm for SuperStock and 40,00 for Modified) you HAVE to glue the front sidewalls, otherwise the car handling is very strange.

And here comes also the glue itself to play a role! You want to have the glue sticking very well to the foam but still being flexible.

Thats exactly what the MXLR Elastic Tire glue is developed for! It became in the meantime the "secret standard" and is used by many pro guys to prepare their tires, which I'm very happy about.

I used this time the newest Hotrace Tyres Factory T-Foam on Soft Rims. They offer great grip and consistency. I found myself saucing my tires shorter than others to keep the car free and not get it too much into the track. This is a great fact, as we can easily make even more grip by using longer additive time if needed!
