#1 ARC A11 Differential
After extensive testing, we found a simple modification that made a noticeable difference in differential consistency:
Add a 0.15 mm shim behind the large satellite gear.
With this small adjustment, we found that the differential:
stays significantly more consistent throughout the run
maintains a more stable feel as the run progresses
shows noticeably reduced wear over time
It’s a very small detail, but in racing, these small details can make a big difference
