Tutorial for using the HUDY A2-40 (the IFMAR WC controlled rubber tires) with the best possible performance:
Check the tire balance on a tire spinner. The best balanced tires should be used on the rear axle.
Remove the middle seam with a cubicle cutter, or a side cutter.
Because of the very high grip conditions of Huge RC Circuit, we recommend gluing the sidewall of the front tires, to 59mm diameter as a starting point.
Use the spec additive (Mighty Gripper V3 Yellow) to clean the tire before applying additive. Tire additive application time - 5 min is the recommended guideline. But up to 10 minutes can be used, should more traction be desired. We only recommend applying the additive once. Dry the tires before going to the track.
We don't recommend to use tire warmers with these tires & conditions. Perhaps only for 2nd run tires to make the first lap a little faster (80 deg C).
