3Racing have made a very handy chart with initial lengths you can set for the links for the relevant camber and caster you want to run front and rear.
A great way to measure caster is with a digital angle finder! You can just fix a flat piece of carbon or something similar to the outer hub screw for the angle finder to rest on and follow the angle of the hub 👍🏼.
