- Team Yokomo YZ2 DTM/CAL 3/3.1 - Steering Block Orientation -

On the picture, the steering block orientation can be seen. Essentially this is a setting that should be dictated by the axle height that you choose.

  • Running the axle high (washers below the steering block) you should be running A’ on the right hand side and B’ on the left hand side (looking at the car from behind).
  • hanged axle height to low (washers above the steering block) and didn’t change the orientation, you would get the block binding slightly against the c hub and not be able to achieve full lock. So to fix this the blocks would swap sides, B on the right hand side and A on the left. Once this has been completed check the bump steer and add/remove ballstud washers on the steering plate as required.
