Here is the list of my favorite option parts which I used on my XB2 Carpet Edition on most of the races we attended. If you would like to drive your XB2 in the same configuration as I do, please check the list of XRAY Option parts I use and how they affect the car’s behavior:

322110-G – Composite Suspension Arm Front Lower - Graphite
323110-G & 323120-G – Composite Suspension Arm Rear Lower Left & Right – Graphite
Graphite arms are good option part for high grip conditions. They give your XB2 much more speed & stability in corners. Only be careful if you crash more often, rather stay with stock Hard or Medium arms as Graphite Arms have slightly bigger tendency to brake.

323351 – Alu Rear Upright
Alu Rear Uprights are one of the must have thing in your XB2 (Carpet Edition). The first advantage is that you have more different positions for adjusting rear roll center – 9 positions. Secondly the Alu Uprights stabilize your XB2 on high traction. Another good point is that the geometry of your car doesn’t change if you make hard crash.

323041 – Alu Rear Roll-center Holder
Alu Rear Roll-center holder gives you more options how to adjust Rear Roll-Centre compared to standard composite one. It also makes your car easier to drive on high grip track and is impossible to be broken.

322041 – Alu Front Roll-center Holder
Alu Front Roll-center holder makes your car easier to drive in high grip conditions and survives almost any hard crash you make.

326180 – Stainless Steel Battery Weight
Stainless Steel Battery Weight is one of my most favorite option parts. It makes the landings of your XB2 much easier and the car is overall much easier to drive. I recommend this option part to both high and low grip conditions.

322510 – Alu Servo Saver Arm
Alu Servo Saver Arms make the steering of your XB2 much more precise and there is no chance of braking.

322291 – Graphite Extension for Steering Block – 1 slot
This option part makes the steering of your XB2 much more aggressive. I use this option part only in high grip conditions and on technical & tight tracks.

322314 – Brass Front Lower Arm Mount 23°/29° Kick-up
This is another must have thing for your XB2 (Carpet Edition) in my opinion. The weight in front gives your XB2 much more steering and also prevents (the chance of happening is much lower) against the front of your XB2 going up under acceleration. Secondly it also gives you more options how to adjust caster angle.

I also use in my XB2 (Carpet Edition): 365471-K – Alu Drive Shaft Safety Collar – Black
This part doesn’t affect the behavior of your car at all. However, it maximizes the safety of not losing the pin to 100%.

329701 – Body for 1/10 2wd Off-road Buggy 0.5 mm
The light body is a great option for high grip conditions as it decreases the center of gravity in your XB2 and makes the car faster & easier to drive. However it has slightly higher tendency to brake after hard crash, so if you crash more often or you are on a hard track, rather stay with the stock body.

And that is the current configuration my XB2 (Carpet Edition).
