We run on a loose to med grip clay track that has some slightly bumpy areas and I run super soft AKA Rebars sauced and are very worn down.

Front:
1.4 pistons, 32.5w losi, yellow springs (probably could drop one rate, but this worked for my driving style), no limiters. Mounted 1 in on top and outside on arm.

Camber link inside on hub and inside on bulkhead, no shims.

Hubs spaced forward 2.5mm, 3mm bumpsteer spacer, .5-1 deg camber, 0-1 deg to in (go a little toe out if you need more turn in), ride height was arms just below level .

Rear:
1.3 pistons, 30w losi, yellow springs, no limiters, mounted 3rd hole in on top and outside on arm (middle worked good as well, but we had big quad that the landing was pretty harsh and going outside on the arm helped with a more stable landing),

Camber link middle on hub aluminum 0 deg hubs with 3mm spacer, inside on bulkhead no spacer, hubs spaced to the rear, XA front toe block (3.5 toe in) with 1mm spacer under it, rear toe block FLIPPED OVER giving the car a higher roll center and less antisquat ( I think its zero, but it may be 1 deg of anti squat). Approx 1 deg camber. Ride height about 23-24mm at the t-plate.

The only weight I have added to the car is 14 grams in front of the servo...the car weighs in around 1515-1520 grams.
