The 3rd and last round of the Austrian Nationals 1/8th electric was held on the super technical trackof the MRC Jaidhof.

Because of the maximum dry weather conditions during all summer also this track was super rough, dusty and very inconsistent to drive. During the race the lines over the jumps changed all the time and in the end some doubles had to be driven as two singles.

My Tekin/Dualsky powered Cobra worked great from the beginning and i just made some little tweaks to the setup.

I mounted the rear high roll center brackets which helped over the bumps. Also I switched back and forth between the Kit body and the Avenger – I ended up using the Kit body – it had a little less steering, but was a lot more stable on the track and in the air.

In qualifying i never really found a good rhythm, so I ended up 3rd.

Finals came and I could fight back to take the win in A1 and A2 and won the 3rd nationals in a row, which means first ever Austrian National Champion in 1/8th electric buggy (3 from 3).
