Last weekend the 4th Round of the EOS season where held at the new Arena33. Full house with more then 300 drivers made their way. High grip EOS carpet as usual and a very technical layout by Gerd Strenge.

First up was the 2WD class running the prototype Spyder SDX2. Some rounds of practice followed by qualifying and triple finals. The track was very challenging and it was hard to make a run without crashing. In Round 2 I had a good run, but crashed with lapped traffic and lost a lot of time. In the end I qualified 10th. The finals went great and I could move up to finish of 2WD in 6th position.

Now on to 4WD action where I race the Spyder SDX4 . The track layout was changed slightly which made it a little bit easier for everybody. My SDX4 was good, just a bit too much steering and I needed to make it easier to drive. I moved the front shocks to the outside of the arm. It was much better and I could push the car a lot more. Unfortunately qualifying went not as good as expected, had some bad luck and some crashes which costed me a much better starting position. Overall I started 9th for the triple finals and finished 7th overall. It was a shame as I think the car was good for a top5 finish, but thats racing. I am sure next time it will be better again:)
