I used an old turnbuckle for the pin or you could use the sleeve idea as well.

Updated Hex conversion and photos using RB6 steering blocks. This corrects the Ackerman from the RB5 conversion.

You will need:

1x KYOUM714 Kyosho Front Knuckle Set
1x KYOUM569 Kyosho Steel Axle Shaft Set (RB5 WC) (2) 4x 5x10x4mm Ball Bearing
1/8 Brass tubing
1/8 Drill Bit

Assemble the knuckle as shown with the gold spacer between the axle and the hub. Drill out the hinge pin hole with the 1/8 drill bit. Insert the brass tubing and cut off the excess. Grind down the tubing till flush. You have to run the hub in the up position or you will not get full throw.
Shim up the ball stud till you do not get any bump steer. I had to use 7mm under the ball stud. I also used a x-long Kyosho ball stud and cup.
