I'm not a pro by any means, all I changed from my IRCR setup was tires/inserts, shock oils (heavier), more front droop, battery back (JC body, car had MAD steering and I was trying to tame it down just a touch) and the ride height. Track was sort of rough, high-bite but loose off the groove. 22-4 is a pleasure to drive for sure!
