Here is a very good base setup for most UK (high grip) tracks

Front

Toe - 0
Ackerman - Outer with std draglink
Ride Height - slightly lower than rear
Camber - -1
Caster - Stock
Sway Bar - No
Oil - 30wt (kit oil)
Piston - Black
Spring - Green
Front Diff - Front Plastic Diff, tighter than rear
Clicker Setting - Very Loose
Drive Shafts - Alu CVD preferable, stock bones might work OK
Shock Location - 2inside
Limiters - Inside Spring - Outside None
Camber link - 2
Washers - None
Notes - stock front dogbones can be weak, especially when running high power motors and/or a front one-way or almost locked diff

Rear

Toe-In - 3 inboard (std)
Anti-Squat - No shims (2 degree block - kit)
Ride height - Driveshafts slightly below level
Camber - -1
Diff - Plastic (with savers)
Drive shafts - Steel Dogbones
Sway bar - No
Oil - 30wt
Piston - Blue
Spring - Red
Shock Location - 2Inside (BK2 Rear arms) (must use inside VLA setting)
Limiters - 1x A washer inside - 2x B washer outside
Hub Spacing - Middle (with wishbones L on L and R on R)
Camber link - 8C
Battery Placement - Forward

Tires

Free choise depending on track, I would always put bigger holes in the wheels than they come with out of the packet, and pretty much always use Losi Firm foams.
