30° castor, 2 bump steer spacers, camber link A-1, 1 washer
Batteries rear

Rear:

5-5-6 piston with 30wt, or #54 with 35wt if it's really really bumpy
no limiters, inside on wishbone, 2nd hole out on tower, pink spring, short wheelbase. Or medium if the tracks is as large as it looks from the pics (2007 World Championship in Japan)
Camber link B - outer lowest hole. 1° anti-squat.
