As for the X12, thanks to Drew Ellis, thanks for helping with the set-up work at this event, with myself and Bruno Coelho RC Driver going 1-2 in qualifying, and with myself finishing on the podium with my X12'24. Notable things on the set-up:
• No front brace on the lower arm. For more "camber gain" and thus, more mid corner steering when using such a low static camber setting.
• No side braces, not only for weight savings, but to increase the mechanical grip of the car.
• A lot of front droop, and little pod droop. Helped to improve on-power steering.
• The car was fitted with Hotrace Tyres Factory Hagberg Edition tires, with CA glue on the front tire edge, but not an excessive amount. I used Hot Race Black Premium Glue for this purpose, part number 009-0029.

As for the Hobbywing and Nosram electronics package, flawless as usual! Notables from the set-up sheets:
• Basically replicated my WC and HUDY Champs 1/12 ESC setting, but with a bit less turbo to match the length of the straightaway.
• A bit more drag brake, but lower drag brake rate in TC for a better feel and timing of the corners in the infield
• My 2S shorty pack was charged to 8.30V for a smoother bottom end feel in TC modified. The 12th scale pack was discharged down to 3.3V before charging, and eventually charged at 9A, for the best compromise between punch and runtime.
