The FF-03 PRO, the newest touring car chassis kit in our line-up. The FF-03 chassis features a horizontally-placed front-motor, front-wheel drive and comes enhanced with a range of high performance parts to offer you anew driving experience. Due to its unique chassis layout and FWD setup, you can enjoy a style of driving different from 4WD chassis machines. The chassis features a newly designed lower deck and comes with a compact front gearbox. Suspension is equipped with short reversible suspension arms and TRF416 uprights on the Inboard Front Suspension(IFS) setup. True to its name "PRO", high-spec parts such as TRF dampers, aluminum turnbuckle shafts, and aluminum ball connectors are also included in the kit.
FF-03 Chassis - The longitudinally-mounted battery allows for a slim chassis design, with the R/C units loaded on either side for optimum balance. In addition, the front-mounted, compact gearbox is equipped with a ball differential and provides ample traction. The 4-wheel double wishbone suspension features CVA oil dampers while an Inboard Front Suspension set-up with short reversible suspension arms enables well balanced settings. Furthermore, the rocker bridge is equipped with stabilizer holders. Take control of the FF-03 chassis and enjoy a refreshing R/C driving experience.
Front-end features an IFS set-up that enables fine suspension settings. The damper mount is equipped with stabilizer holders.. The compact gearbox is equipped with a ball differential.
Ball Differential - Comes standard with an aluminum motor plate. The compact gearbox features a ball differential.
Motor is securely attached to blue-anodized aluminum motor plate which enhances dissipation of motor heat. The compact gearbox is equipped with a large-sized ball differential.
Longitudinally-Placed Battery - Longitudinal battery layout enabled the slim chassis design. R/C units are positioned on either side for optimum balance.
Slim chassis features longitudinal battery position. R/C unit is placed on each side for optimized chassis balance.
Adjustable Wheelbase - 3 wheelbases (257, 245, 233mm) can be assembled by replacing rear block parts.
Rear Section - Option Parts suspension mounts can be used to enable fine suspension adjustment.
Rear dampers can be installed to either side of the suspension arms.

The latest addition to the FF-03 line-up is a racing version of the European Honda Civic Type R. This Civic is a three door hatch back which uses a different chassis and internal layout than its Japanese counterpart. JAS Motorsport, an official Honda customer racing partner, developed this special version to compete in various racing events.

Volkswagen Scirocco GT24
The 2008 24 Hours Nurburgring had Volkswagen debut a contingent of new Scirocco GT24 race cars. They went on to earn an impressive 1-2 finish in their inaugural race. The car was later updated with a new 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder turbocharged engine that was notable for being powered by Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), which reduced CO2 emissions by 80%. This machine again demonstrated its superb performance, capturing the AT (alternative powertrain) class titles in 2009, 2010, and 2011. The Tamiya R/C car model is produced in 1/10 scale and the featured chassis underneath is the FF-03 (Tamiya's 3rd generation Front-Wheel-Drive chassis). The RC model depicts the Scirocco GT24-CNG which raced in the 2011 24 Hours Nurburgring.

Honda CR-Z
The 2010 3-door hatchback sport hybrid coupe Honda CR-Z comes equipped with a 1.5 liter SOHC 16-valve i-VTEC engine which produces an excellent economy of 25km/l. The Honda CR-Z is also the first hybrid care to include a 6-speed manual transmission whereas its predecessor the CV-T had a paddle-shift transmission. The CR-V won the "Japan Car of the Year for 2010-2011" and now comes accurately reproduced as a 1/10 R/C car loaded on the FF-03 chassis.
