This is Conversion kit converts your AE TC6 or TC6.1 into a Dual Bell Crank Steering, Ultra Narrow Machine.

The conversion kit includes:
  • Ultra Narrow 2.5mm Carbon Fiber Lower plate optimized for increased bulkhead flex.
  • Adjustable Carbon Fiber Lipo battery Braces
  • Transverse Servo Mounting bracket and left servo mount
  • Aluminum Dual Bell Cranks
  • Stainless steel and aluminum hardware

The RSD6 Chassis is more responsive, it switches directions much easier. The decreased chassis width (82mm vs 96mm std)drags much less, which allows the car to change directions quicker.

The narrower chassis design on the RSD6 allows for softer car setting over TC6.1 std chassis. Softer chassis setting allow the car to accelerate faster as the car becomes more bump compliant. The RSD6 accelerates much better than the TC6/TC6.1

The Dual Bell Crank steering makes the car much easier to drive. The car is more neutral when set-up for aggressive, tight corner steering. Gone is the "edginess" of running low Ackerman settings to get around really tight hairpins.

The increased flex at the bulkheads develops more mechanical grip, especially when running "spec" tires.
The RSD6 Conversion kit needs a TC6 or TC6.1 to complete a full car.

Installation Guide:

1. Take the chassis plate, battery holders and hardware.

2. Install the Aluminum Stand-offs with the countersink screws on the chassis plate.

3. Next install the battery holders with the button head screws and washers provided. Leave them a bit loose so you can adjust them once your battery is installed.

4. Up next is the servo attachment brace. Use the 2 M2 screws and nuts to locate them on your chassis. Once you have installed your servo, you will move these in or out to accommodate your servo. Make sure you tighten them hard once you have installed the servo.

5. Lastly, install your bellcranks on the chassis. Use the remaining 2 countersink screws to do so.
