ETS Andernach is in the books. Was my very first race on asphalt and the very first race with the MTC-1. Did some setup changes from run to run as thursday practice was almost completely rained out. So I did not have that much practice and needed to develop the car from round to round. The last changes I did before A1 and this was the biggest improvement of the whole event.
I qualified 10th, so last spot in the A-Main. In A1 I had bad luck with a broken spur gear after only 6 laps, but the car felt really good.
In A2 I was able to move up from 10th to 3rd. Car was great and easy to drive.
In A3 bad luck stoke again and I was involved in a big crash in lap 1, so no chance of a good finish.
Overall a 5th place did not completely show the performance of the car, but for the first race with the MTC-1 and my very first asphalt race I am absolutely happy.
