Couple of weekends ago was AOC down in Melbourne. This was one of the biggest on-road events in Australia in recent years, with 240+ entries. For something different, it's ETS carpet, of which we get to rarely race on (can count on one hand the number of carpet events I've done since I moved out here!).
Whilst my result wasn't the best, this is thanks to turning up two days late and missing all of practise and 2 rounds of qualifying. The car had great pace, with fastest laps being on par with the back of the A-final in mod. With a bit more track time, and a couple small adjustments, could have nailed a far better result. |
