Front Damper Tube Installation
Front damper tube installation can be a bit tricky and its important to take care!

Set the lower suspension arm on a flat, steady surface. Take a 2.5mm wrench and insert it into the damper tube. With firm and constant pressure, press the tube into the arm.  it takes quite a lot of force but it will snap into the arm!

At this point the tube will likely be pressed too far into the arm.

Take the arm and flip it over and place it onto a used wheel.  Again, with your 2.5mm wrench, push the bottom of the damper tube back towards the top of the arm.  It should pop up and into position and move freely in all directions.

Upper arm and arm mount
In order to more easily apply lube to the front damper tubes, its a good idea to modify he upper arm and mount.

With a rotary tool and sanding drum, lightly bevel the upper arm mount as shown below.

You may also need to remove material from the upper arm and hinge pin retainer screw.  When complete, you should be able to disassemble and lift the upper arm as shown below, allowing you to easily clean and change the damper lube.

Bearing Holder Adapters
The rear axle bearing holders are set into the pod plates and retained by the bearing holder adapters.  You will likely always run them in the upper position.  In order to make changing the bearing holders (ride height spacers) more easily, remove some material from the bearing holder adapters as shown below.  Use a sharp hobby knife or a rotary tool and sanding drum.
