Meaning of ".018 front springs w/ 30K Kyosho", where using the 30k Kyosho lube?

Just put a little bit of the grease on the king pin under the suspension ball. Then move the king pin up and down a few times to work the grease into the pivot ball. Push the king pin up until it's flush with the bottom of the pivot ball and wipe off the excess grease. Slap the spring on and it's good to go. Don't put any grease on the top side of the ball as it will cause the steering block/king pin to "stick" to the top of the pivot ball. This usually causes a strange initial understeer that is really inconsistent.

What do you use for t-bar spacers and how thick are the spacers?

I use some of the TC aluminum ball stud shims to space the t-bar/bottom plate. Normally, I run 2mm (.080") with a .062 t-bar. If you want more steering (sometimes may traction roll) you can run 2.5mm (.100"). Normally, out of the box we start with 2 of the nylon .030 spacers for a total of .060 (1.5mm). This is a safe starting point that usually gives a little bit of understeer.

What do you feel the washer under the front t bar pivot ball does for the car?

Usually, adding a spacer under the front of the t-bar makes the car more aggressive (more steering) in the center of the corner. In stock, we normally can run more shims (thicker) due to the fact that you aren't lifting on and off the throttle so much. Modified, we usually run about 1/2 the amount that we would in stock due to the heavy acceleration and deceleration.
